How pricing works

FTSE100 expertise. Without the FTSE100 price tag.

Ready-to-roll engagements at fixed fees, banded by the size of your business. Indicative bands — confirmed in a 30-minute call before anything is signed.

Fees scale with your size

Bands are set by revenue, so a £10m firm pays £10m prices for the same method a £200m firm gets. The promise is the same expertise sized to the firm — not a cheaper version of it.

Fixed price, no scoping phase

Every engagement has a defined method, timeline and deliverable. You can start within days of saying yes, and you know the number before you commit.

Skin in the game on cost work

Cost & Contract Reset can carry a success element — for example 10% of verified year-one savings. Part of the fee only exists if the saving does.

Designed to pay for itself

We track identified value against fee on every engagement, with a 10× target. The Diagnostic or Growth Accelerator fee is credited against your first month of a fractional retainer.

Indicative fees by engagement

The figures below are typical fees for the engagements described. The actual fee for any piece of work can move up or down depending on the scope, urgency, complexity and what is already in place. We confirm a fixed price before any work begins.

Mid-market
£25,000

Lower mid
from £25,000
Mid-market
from £40,000

You get: Reset plan, restructured delivery, board reporting.

Lower mid
£8,500 / mo (1 day/wk)
Mid-market
£8,500–17,000 / mo (1–2 days/wk)

Retainers are based on a £2,000 day rate, discounted for the small-firm band. All fees exclude VAT and expenses.

Not sure which band you sit in?

Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell you the right starting point, the fee, and whether there is enough value on the table to be worth it.
