Privacy notice
Nyxa Advisory is an advisory practice. We deliberately collect as little personal information as possible — essentially, the details you send us when you get in touch.

Who we are
Nyxa Advisory ("Nyxa", "we", "us") provides technology expertise and advisory services to mid-market firms. For questions about this notice or the information we hold about you, contact contact@nyxa.tech. Formal company registration details will be added here once finalised.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — your name, email address, organisation, phone number if you provide it, and the message you send us through the contact page or by email.
- Engagement correspondence — emails, documents and meeting notes exchanged while we scope or deliver work.
- Basic technical data — standard server information such as IP address and browser type, generated automatically when any website is visited.
We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking on this website, and we do not buy contact lists.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an introductory conversation.
- To scope, deliver and administer advisory engagements.
- To keep records of work performed and correspondence for business purposes.
- To keep the website secure and available.
Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and running the practice) and contract (delivering an engagement you have asked us to perform). Where we need consent — for example, to add you to any future mailing list — we will ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary with service providers who help us operate:
- Microsoft (Outlook / 365) — email and document handling.
- Our website hosting provider, which serves this site.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer useful, normally within 12 months. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet business and tax record-keeping needs.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. Email contact@nyxa.tech and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this notice as the practice develops. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
These policies are provided for information and will be updated with Nyxa Advisory's formal company registration details once available. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before publication of any contractual commitments.
